Ciao a tutti! So right now I've currently reached that time of the year where I no longer have any more lectures or seminars at University which means I don't have to attend quite as much. Late night thinking

It's currently 00:45am and I'm sitting on my bed listening to Katy Perry's Teenage Dream. I have no real reason for typing what I'm about to but what the heck, I feel like typing. Okay, so I've recently been thinking a lot about what I want to do when I hopefully graduate from University next year. I know for sure that I don't want to find a permanent and full-time job straight after as I feel there's a few things I'd like to do before committing to my career. One of those things being the experience of travelling to a few places and learning and seeing the beauty of the world at first hand. I'm absolutely fascinated by different cultures, beliefs and traditions and find it intriguing to see someone else's perspective on life in comparison to my own. I feel that this is partly to do with the fact that I'm half Italian and half Syrian and have been exposed to two very different cultures and brought up with both. There's so much I want to see and in a way this scares me a little. Why does it scare me you ask? Well I'm afraid that I won't get to see or experience all of the things I wish to within my lifetime and I'd hate to be an old lady who looks back on her life and regrets not seeing, feeling or experiencing enough of the world. To some that might sound a little silly but don't you aspire to see what's out there. After all we're not here forever so why not make the most of it.
